    1) What is EARN TO MONEY?
    EARN TO MONEY is a new innovative, international and FREE English based service that allows advertisers to reach thousands of potential customers by displaying their ad on our, "Surf Ads" page.

    2) How does it work?
    You view websites in a few seconds via the "Surf Ads" page. You click on ad then wait 5-8 seconds, then click on "SKIP THIS AD" button, you'll either get a green tick sign or a red 'X'. The green tick sign means you've earned money for the visit and the 'X' means you have not earned money for the visit. You'll get red X's when you have more than one website from the "Surf Ads" page open. When this happens, you get no credit.
    Note: Please make sure you are using Google Chrome, Chromium, Firefox or Safari browser, we prefer you for most better results to use Google Chrome or Chromium browser.

    3) Can other people in my household join?
    As long as they each have their own computer, Paypal/Payza/Payoneer/Solid Trust Pay/Perfect Money account and e-mail address. As far as cheating goes, our software detects users who create fictitious accounts and use the same computer so if someone else in your household wants to join and will legitimately use their account, you shouldn't be flagged for abuse, (Only ONE Account PER ONE Computer).

    4) Can I have more than one account?
    No. There is no need to maintain more than one account. If you've lost your login information, you can request to have it sent to your e-mail address. If you are caught with more then one account open (we have a very strict auditing process before payments are sent) your account(s) will be terminated, your ip address(es) will be banned and you will not receive any earnings.

    5) My network, school or internet cafe, ISP all use the same or randomly used IP addresses, can I join?
    You have to register for the first time from your own computer, Then it's fine logging in from your school, internet cafe, etc..

    6) How much money can I make?
    You have at least 15 Ad every 24 hours, and you can get referrals to earn 50% of their credits. Your earning possibilities are virtually endless.

    7) How do i refer others?
    Use your unique referral code found in "Account" (user area), or use referral banners if you're a website owner, blogger or something like that.

    8) Where can i see my referrals list?
    You can see your referrals list from : Account -> View Your Referrals.

    9) How much will i get from my direct referral?
    You will earn 50% of his clicking credits.

    10) I know i have referred a lot of people, why i can't see them all in my account?
    That's impossible, our system is counting everyone and we are sure about that, Please check your link that if you are putting or sending it right, We are sorry we can't help you with putting referrals manually, It is against our policy.

    11) Is there any restriction over referrals earning or making referrals?
    No, There is no limit for that.

    12) I can't register in this site!, why?
    If you couldn't register, that means someone registered using your IP, or our system has rejected you for suspicious, and we can't help you for that.

    13) I can't see any ads!
    If you see no ad links on the "Surf Ads" page but you DO see stats on the left hand side then you need to disable all antivirus and antispyware/adware programs. If this doesn't work, try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.

    14) My stats aren't updating!
    Try to refresh your page by pressing F5 or Ctrl+R, If it didn't update, maybe it is because your browser is saving the page in it's cache, Try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.

    15) I keep getting "Invalid verification code entered." when I try to register or login!
    First, Please check that your not using (Proxy, DNS, VPN) because maybe our system is rejecting your connection, and make sure you are correctly typing in the verification code. If you are typing in the correct code and still having problems then it's something to do with your browser caching the previously used session image. Try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.

    16) How often are the statistics updated?
    Stats are updated immediately.

    17) Can i use Proxy, DNS, VPN, While i'm Clicking?
    Yes you can but it's not likable because some of our Ads don't work with those methods, and you must be registered for the first time from your own Default Connection and your own Computer otherwise your account will be suspended if we detect that your registration method is one of those.

    18) I Can't See The Word "Done" behind "EARN TO MONEY Status"?
    That means your internet connection is slow, or you didn't give the page much time to complete downloading.

    19) When i click on a link at the end i see DONE without the green or red tick, Why?
    Please check that your not using (Proxy, DNS, VPN) while you are clicking because some of our Ads don't work with those methods, then check that you are logged in correctly, logout and relogin, if it didn't solve the problem, clean your cookies and browsing caches, if still didn't solve the problem, update your browser or use diffrent one, if it didn't solve, so that means your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is blocking our System.

    20) Why when everytime i refresh Surf Ads page the ads in it turns back to normal ads?
    That means you are not clicking on ads correctly and you are not getting credits.

    21) My ads are crossed! (locked) When can I click again?
    If you have done clicking and all your ads are crossed, you can come back after 24 hours with the same time of your previous clicks, to see them opened.

    22) How can i get more ads to click on?
    You only have at least 15 Ad to click every day, this is one of our primary rules.

    23) How do I get paid?
    If you have the minimum amount accumulated which is 100$, you can request for your payment in
    "Account" => "Withdraw" => "Request your payment" and it will submit your request.
    We will send you your requested money to your chosen payment method via your payment email/account id.
    We make payments via Paypal, Payza, Payoneer, Solid Trust Pay & Perfect Money.
    Note: If your payment method is Paypal, Payza or Payoneer, Your payment email address is the same of your email address (MUST BE).

    24) When do I get paid?
    You can request for payment once you're account balance is the minimum amount accumulated. Your payment will be processed and issued via Paypal, Payza, Payoneer, Solid Trust Pay or Perfect Money within 10 business days or less.

    25) Why did I get paid less then what I was owed?
    If you have a business account with Paypal, Payza, Payoneer, Solid Trust Pay or Perfect Money, they charge a 2.9% transfer fee plus an additional $0.30 base fee when you receive funds.

    26) Do EARN TO MONEY Work with Paypal, Payza, Payoneer, Solid Trust Pay or Perfect Money as a Partner or Affiliate?
    We are not partners with any of Paypal, Payza, Payoneer, Solid Trust Pay or Perfect Money, we are only a member just like you, and we use those services to send you your money.

    27) How can I cancel my account?
    Inactive accounts will be deleted automatically after 20 days if it didn't use, or you can send us a request to delete your account.

    28) Someone registered with my email, what should i do?
    If you don't want your account, you can contact us to delete it.
